“Besides Flautotonic’s musical performance being flawless (as expected) the added gift was their ability to communicate with our very mixed audience, enticing us all to follow them on their musical journey.”

Telemann's works for recorders are real gems in the recorder repertoire, and favourite pieces for Flautotonic. Join them for an exploration of the clever canonic sonatas, the virtuosic duets and eclectic trio sonatas as well as music from Eastern Europe whose sounds greatly inspired Telemann.
"Flautotonic have come into play at the hospice many times. Patients always seem interested to listen to the recorder, often remembering their own childhood musical experiences .They are then amazed when they hear Lauren and David play, the versatility and range of the instruments and repertoire. It’s a lovely combination of instruments and they always provide a real mix of music to cater all tastes. They are very popular."
